Magic of Mushrooms

Mushroom.  Toadstool.  Fungus.  Some are edible; they feed your body.  Some are psychotropic; they feed your mind.  Some are downright poisonous; and if you’re not careful will speed you to the other side.  Reds, yellows, whites, browns, and the special mushroom color.  They are everywhere right now.  Some out in the open.  Others hidden in tall grasses or rock crags.  There are some that hang out on the side of dead tree stumps, while others shelter under the roots.  They have gills, or pores, or ridges, and some even have teeth (that would seem to be an angry mushroom).  I don’t know their names, or their nutritional or psychedelic  properties.  They just provide an opportunity to look at my world at a smaller level.
